8. Account Suspension and Termination

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact jli55 customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection and Dispute Resolution Department. PAGCOR's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against jli55.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of jli55 services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
